Yes, but there is no "Before" the Creation of time itself. There is no BEFORE Quark Confinement and the separation of the Strong Force from the Electro-Weak force. Before the existence of Baryons, there was no time.

Equations using existing math are bound by the Natural Limits of Creation. There is Higher Math.

Not the definition of falsifiability. You asked him what observable values he would expect if he were wrong and he responds with one, out of the ostensible five, values he would expect to find if he were right.
I know it's semantics, but his response strikes me as being the kind of response one could expect from somebody who cannot countenance the idea of being wrong. That is not within the spirit of the question.
I am curious about what the limitations are on these experiments. Is it just the funding?

Kaku is not a real physicist, not the “cofounder” of string theory. And rest assured, no. No PR stunt can explain string theory to you. It requires QFT three years at least.

String theory unfortunately doesn’t work imo. Some of its concepts very intriguing but I don’t think it’s the way forward.
