Configuring SQL Server replication with change data capture to ensure a seamless database upgrade

Is it possible to make replicas of some columns from publication database to other columns of subscribed database or to be understood exactly: subscribed database columns have different names with publication database?

I have found some issues with the replication.
1. For transactional replication it requires tables with primary key.
2. In snapshot replication the data seems to be disappearing during sync time.

I need tables without primary key to be synced without data disappearing during sync time
