Such an emotional experience while filming this, I felt like someone was really in the casket. Pleasure working with ya'll again!

I will NEVER kneel no matter how bad my knees or back may be. The men and women who have given the Ultimate Sacrifice deserve strength and respect.

At my grandfather's funeral when I was 9 years old, I stood there saluting his casket as they carried him out of the funeral home and to his final resting site.

I do the same now at every first responder funeral I attend

God! This tore me apart. My grandpa had 2 purple hearts and cancer took him. He wrote a paper for my 9th-grade hero before he passed. Would love to share.

Just earlier this month I had my Grandfather's funeral. And, since he was in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II, he had this ceremony done to honor his time in service. Coming up on 12 years ago the same service was done for my other Grandpa who was in The Army during World War II, he was a survivor of of Omaha Beach on D-Day. And, also had the honour of experiencing this same ceremony back then, too. I'm miss them, but I am so proud of them, and what they did for our country. And, I now extend that same pride to my family friends, as well as every single other Man and Woman, who bravely serve country. 🇺🇸

Hooaahh! Both versions hit me like a 120mm, M1 Abrams tank round. This former Cavalryman thanks y'all for writing & playing this. Hell, maybe there's still hope, after all. The fight for Freedom and Liberty rages ever on.

This just hit different for me. My 19 year old nephew just left for training for the Navy. Proud of him and thankful for his bravery and service at the same time but also scared.
