I had A53 for years, it was the best the best phone i ever had, but it stopped charging and too expensive to repair, bought A54. And for some reason it is very slow and my wife's A23 is excellent on the same data plan

Great phone, good review. The aperture is just the width or size so can't be faster, only a lens shutter in a camera or a processor in the phone will handle speed. Wider apertures will help light in low light conditions, narrower will increase the depth of field bringing more into focus. Good point outs on sound. Who talks bout sound quality or haptic responses on phone reviews. Isn't that the prime importance of a phone. The MPs don't account for too much so the loss of 14 MPs will hardly be noticed as the processor is improved. Good to have a dedicated macro and your pics highlighted that we'll. It's a hit for me but the A53 is still a great choice too. Keep up the good work

Thanks for posting this! Would you please answer a technical question about this phone? I've had this A54 for about 3 months now and I just noticed that the Message+ Image Search icon no longer appears in the "Attach Media" option when I select (+) to add an image (i.e. - GIF, Video, MEMEs) from online. The only options now are "Glympse", "Places", "Replies", 'Gallery", and a couple of others. How do you retrieve that blue-colored Search button that was originally in there?
