I’m just kinda happy Soren and Peter get to team up again they seem like such good friends and generally good people they kinda make it hard not to vote for them

When DL hit the scene, the entire bot lane role changed. Cait trap combos, kiting, split pushing, attack moving, you name it. He was doing it so much more consistently than the rest and it was so cool to watch back then :)

DoubleLift is the only organic and og goat of NA it’s our only pride of NA, LCK has faker, LPL had uzi, EU has rekkles.

I think, his mid split performance was always passable, but where he really shined was clutch moments. (outside of international play) I’m hoping his clutchability with closers will bring home the trophy.

Doublelift NA's greatest 100%. I kinda wished he played for a stacked Korean or Chinese team... Love from EU.

Good video but a bit of a misstep at the end. There is no mystery as to why Doublelift retired he’s mentioned what happened many times. He didn’t retire because he had middling performance and did bad at worlds. TSM was deciding between hiring rookies for the next year or hiring Swordart, and Peter told them that he wanted to be on a roster that would actually do well at worlds, so he started looking for other teams just in case TSM decided to go with a cheap roster. Because of this Andy decided that he wasn’t committed to the team and signed Lost instead, and since every other good team had already locked in an ADC he had to either play on a garbage team or retire, so he just retired. He mentioned a few times that he would come back if a good team offered him a deal, which is why there have been rumors of Doublelift coming back for so long. He never retired because he thought he was bad lol, he actually has a bit of an ego and just doesn’t want to play unless he believes his team has a chance at doing well at worlds

Man the feels from this video. Watched na since season 1 worlds became a huge TSM fan. Following them to today. Hated doublelift in the beginning, but he eventually joined TSM. What wonderful years those were. He is NA's goat without a doubt, and I will watch him no matter where he goes. Thanks for the video.

Man.. ill never forget that 2016 TSM run, even though they got knocked out group stages, they looked damn good against some of the best teams in the world. Copium is what i was smoking, i really really thought TSM had a shot making AT LEAST top 4 that year because of how strong they looked. That lucian into vik play will forever be the "what if" factor. My guess is it wouldve been a NA vs NA Quarterfinals.. which wouldve been sick esp since it wouldve been TSM vs C9. but against Skt or rox, they get rolled 9/10 times
