Yes Jazmine (and Jasmine)!!! One of my friends quit vaping a couple months ago and he got this goats milk soap from Florida. Whenever he has a craving he will sniff it. We were on call one night like, last month, and I just hear him sniffing something. I asked what he was doing and he said, "Sniffing Goats Milk Soap, it's helping me quit."
Ofc I messed with him bc I love him, but I'm really glad he quit. PROUD OF YOU GUYS FOR QUITTING!!! ❤❤

I read in "atomic habits" that for example if you wanna stop vaping and someone offers yoy to, dont say "no ty i wanna quit", say "no ty i dont vape". It helps❤❤
