The few moments of deliberate eye contact, and the quick little breathing exercise in the beginning made me smile :) Like, the fact that you want to take the time in the beginning to sort of focus on the *individual* watching, and making sure they're in a relaxed and comfortable state of mind before even getting to the content of the video... it's just so great and welcoming and wholesome.
