Is Counter-Earth possible? Can 2 planets share an orbit?

Can two planets exist in the same orbit? Also we are going to talk about the idea of Counter-Earth and Lagrange points.

I've joked with flat Earthers that the counter Earth is the flat Earth. That gets them really mad.

Sounds like the plot of a Gerry Anderson movie "Journey to the Far Side of the Sun".
Can't happen though, because no matter how perfectly matched, eccentricity of each planet's orbits would cause the counter Earths to drift forward and back in their orbits to become visible to each other at times.
No matter how perfectly matched initially they might be, even if "engineered" that way by some builder being, the gravities of the other solar system planets would eventually drift the orbits out of sync from each other again. They would then follow these funny horseshoe shaped orbits, chasing each other about the sun, swapping orbits like mentioned in the end.
It was a neat story line in the movie, but not possible.

the Pythagorean concept of the counter earth had everything orbiting the central fire, not the Sun.

There is a model that suggests that Theia might have been at L4 or L5, orbiting alongside the Earth, but the influence of other planets and other ovjects in the early solar system caused Theia to approach the Earth, and then collide, forming the Moon.

NASA has found a Yellow Sun with two Earth-like planets orbiting in the "Goldilocks Zone". Both planets are perfectly habitable, are close enough to only require 3 months of travel between them, but far enough away to not affect gravitational pulls.

NASA scientists asked the right questions, and concluded that a single Yellow Sun could support seven- SEVEN! habitable Earth-like planets.

Actually you don't need any "sciency stuff" to prove is not there, earth's orbit is eliptical enough that this counter earth, would be lookable in some parts of the year (assuming stable orbits)
