Earth has an extra companion called a Trojan asteroid.

A new Trojan asteroid named 2020 XL5 has officially joined Earth in its orbit around the Sun. This piece of rock is only the second of its kind to have been definitively identified. Its discovery suggests that Earth Trojans are more common than previously thought, and it sheds new light on these mysterious rocks. Astronomers predict that, like the first Trojan, 2020 XL5 will linger for at least 4,000 years before zipping off to other parts.
Trojan asteroids (also known as minor planets) are asteroids that share the orbital path of larger planetary bodies in the Solar System. They can be found in two gravitationally stable regions, known as Lagrange points that lead and trail the planet. These are pockets where the planet's and Sun's gravitational pulls perfectly balance with the centripetal force of any small body in that region to effectively hold it in place.

In kerbal you get a lot of jettisoned rocket boosters in the same orbit as kerbin and they stick around in orbit till an encounter throws them out of plane

so Pluto is called a dwarf planet because it hasn’t cleared all objects in its orbit around the sun. so does this mean earth would be considered a dwarf planet?
