Having experience untill Sgt before my comission was quiet helpful indeed... this didn't happened to me but most of these things (maybe a bit exaggerated, a meme is a meme). Now having only 3 months till Capt. But still an officer is an officer with authority though we often say a 'baby LT' in our BEQ. I did respect all officers when I was an enlisted man (from pvt to sgt). Most of officers have enough courage and will to pass the years of process and dedicate themselves for the country. Do not forget it is your LT, his rank who will give your platoon a command in a real situation
