Special Report: Hunter Biden plea deal falls apart

A plea agreement between federal prosecutors and Hunter Biden fell apart Wednesday after the judge refused to sign off on a deal that would have seen the president's son enter guilty pleas to two misdemeanor tax charges and enter a diversion program in lieu of pleading guilty to a felony gun possession count.

It just shows the privilege and entitlement this man has. Our justice system will always be a joke until laws and punishment are equal across all citizens.

So essentially, they wanted to plead guilty to some misdemeanors and get immunity for all past and future FELONY charges?!?!?! A child could tell you that this deal makes no damn sense. I don't trust anyone that would sleep with his DEAD BROTHERS

Notice there was no mention of the defense lawyer’s effort to. Exclude evidence submitted by congress. That was highly irregular and could cost that lawyer her license.

One has to wonder how much effect the phone call to the courts clerk from Hunter's defense team pretending to be the prosecution team asking to retract new information in the case had on the decision by the judge to ignore the proposed deal?
