Interesting, I've always thought that the person who built my house, around 100 years ago, was a genius. Watching the temperate zone section, confirms it. He had it all, both in the main house and the cottage (old horseless carriage building, too beautiful for a garage), will add a green house there for the cold season. I'm going to be making changes to my property, based on these videos. Also adding a pond or two. It's already a food forest/wildlife habitat and permaculture, with a few things to fix. Even my new roof meets the requirements (with zero idea it did.)
