I think, the list of roll numbers under phd only in metit list are of those applied for category 2 but scored between 33% and cut off. They are not eligible for assistant prof but eligible for phd .
Apart from this, all the students applied under category 3 and scored above 33% are eligible for phd by default ( no seperate merit list )

Thanku so much sir deep hard Mera jrf LS kuch nhi huwa but PhD k liye huwa hai ye maths k परती मेरा प्यार है upper wali ne kismat m PhD लिखी होगी तो net jrf bhe ho जायेगा but students k परती आपकी चिंता हर बार दिखती है टाईम टाइम पे आप वीडियो बनाते रहते हो।
