Why does he have to live in Hong Kong? He doesn't have to physically be there to have a website targeting Asians. He could've launched his startup in America, and get even more venture capital and live in a cheaper place, and still target the same audience. It seems that he just liked the idea of living in Hong Kong.

I can see myself living in a closet size apartment but move to place to place every week. I've done it before for a year, but I didn't have to hustle myself to find a new place every week, so that was fortunate.
