CORE Tyria solo gold farm | Guild Wars 2

In my previous videos on grinding mobs for gold in Guild Wars 2, I mainly featured expansion or living world zones. If you don't own any of these, this farm will be perfect for you! To kick off our farming locations in Core Tyria we will be farming centaurs, as these consistently drop supply bags.

I note in the video that in general Core Tyria farms will be at a disadvantage to living world farms, due to there being no karma or unbound/volatile magic drops. Don't let that deter you to try out this farm though! The mobs here have much lower HP, so you can farm more drops in the same time frame than you would in any of the expansions.

If you amass enough gold by playing in Core Tyria, you can even unlock all Living World Seasons episodes via the gemstore! You can convert gold to gems through one of the tabs. Sadly, buying the expansions themselves is not possible with gems. But this at least should help you unlock that living world content and some of the benefits associated with it!

Waypoints mentioned in this video:
Blood Hill Waypoint (Gendarran Fields): [&BI0BAAA=]
Recovery Camp Waypoint (Harathi Hinterlands): [&BKwAAAA=]
Cloven Hoof Waypoint (Harathi Hinterlands): [&BLEAAAA=]

actually if you go to tebuchet bend there is an npc that stars an event to recapture the camp (the one in the contested teleport) after you do so it stars a chain event in witch the centaur attack the camp to re take it and if you complete the event it stars again every few min, it get very crazy since it spawn 5 centaur per player in the camp on every wave, I farmed this event to level up characters to 80

it occurs to me that this kinda farms is really good for practicing/ learning the class and still get sometging out of it. like, golem training for rotation is great but its repetitive and doesnt have rewards outside of ur own skill. if starting out on a new class, this could be good for at least getting familiar with the skills and what does what in emergencies outside of the perfect rotation. nice!

Why are these bags valued so much at the TP when their contents are worth less? I mean to understand, not criticize.
