Wii U Games Every Collection Needs

The #WiiU is one of my favorite consoles from Nintendo - and one of the best parts about being besties with @GameDadShow is I get access to his FULL Wii U set. Here's five games I think every collection should have:

XENOBLADE CHRONICLES X: A bit of a different take, but a classic game. My personal favorite from the series.

LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER: One part Grand Theft Auto, one part LEGO madcap action. All excellent.

DUCKTALES REMASTERED: Uncle Scrooge never looked so good - WayForward making a neat and pretty version of the Capcom classic? Yes please!

SUPER MARIO 3D WORLD: Gotta have a #Mario game on the list, and might as well have the best from the console represented!

SHOVEL KNIGHT: This game is responsible for so much of my current gaming interests. Legitimately one of the best platformers of all time.

I had 3 of these. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker because I’m a sucker for puzzle games.

You have to put Arkham City Armored Edition in to your must own list. It uses the Gamepad as a VR screen when scanning for clues. It is amazing and is the most interesting version of the game in my opinion! Also...The only version of The Wonderful 101 worth playing is on the Wii U so you can actually use the swipe controls. It is awesome!!

I have a full Wii U set and my top choices in no particular order: 1) Nintendo Land 2) Need for Speed Most Wanted 3) Super Mario 3D World 4) Batman Arkham City and 5) Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD. I left off some of my most played, but my collection wouldn't be the same without these.

Honestly, my list is the same as yours except, I would swap Ducktales for Twilight Princess HD.

We didn’t have a lot of Wii U games in our collection BUT we had all those!

I'd also recommend Pokken Tournament. Gotta have a fighting game in there

I am with Ian from the completely unnecessary podcast on the remake of Ducktales Remastered it was a horrible remake. They took out what they took out a lot of the stuff give me the original so awesome for example a couple of levels in the original game had an extra treasure you can find and that was taken out of the game and ùthe level design in the original also allowed for some kind of exploration in different ways to get through the level like especially in Africa this was true and the haunted house in all of this was gone and taken out of the remastered why if it's supposed to be a remastered it's supposed to be just an upgraded version with some extras.
