The 2022 Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid Is A Near Perfect Electrified Family SUV

The #ToyotaRAV4 is the best-selling family SUV in America. With sales topping 450,000 units every year, this is the new Camry in the US. For 2022, #Toyota has given the #RAV4Hybrid and the rest of the #RAV4 family a very small refresh. Updates include new headlights, new colors, wheels, a new trim level, and small tweaks to the inside. It goes on sale at the end of this month and it should continue to be Toyota's best-selling vehicle in the US lineup.

Hey guys! Don’t forget to visit www.omaze.com/redlinereviews to enter for a chance to win that 1958 Porsche 356A! Do you guys think Toyota made enough changes to the RAV4 for 2022? We should be getting a hold of one sometime next month for a longer period and we’ll plan to do a follow up review then!

The hybrid rav4 may be the best car on the planet if you dont need more grunt. A few Toyota engineers told me the hybrid engine found in this and the Lexus are the most efficient they have ever created.

This is literally the perfect vehicle for my job. I currently drive a 16 Ford Fusion, which is front wheel drive and gets about 28mpg highway. I drive about 300 miles a day, which means even if my car payment increases about $300 a month, I’ll still save $1200 a year in gas

I own a 2016 Toyota Tundra. For six years I’ve only changed out one battery and the usual oil changes. I love Toyota. ❤️

I'm an absolute fan of Toyota. And I just love the fact that they are the leader of hybrid cars BUT they don't have any Hybrid Sport car, they stick with good recipes like we love. Toyota knows that Hybrids are good, but they don't want this in
their sport cars because it's killing the passion of a sport car. I just admire this brand

I like the change in the front but I feel like the back needed to be refreshed more than the front

My sister just ordered this trim Rav4 Hybrid for the roof colour option in early October. She's trading in her 14 year old Rav 4 which has never left her stranded and still runs great. My wife ordered a 2022 Limited a week or two before my sister just by chance. Was hoping to have it by late January, early February but I'm thinking March sounds more likely right now. That's disappointing but I will smile a little more when I'm getting 49 city mpg ( Imperial Gallon here in Canada it's 10% bigger than a US gallon and once we get adjusted to how a hybrid works. The 45 mpg ob the Highway will be easily achievable because I don't drive like a tool anymore and our last 2 Toyotas we got what it said we should get and with our 2017 Highlandwer it actually gets 1.5 mpg more on the highway.]

The pricing for these hybrids, and electric vehicles as a whole, is what turns many people off. What a car owner would have saved in fuel, he/she is paying up front with a higher initial price tag at the stealership.

Traded my 2018 rav4 adventure for the blizzard Pearl xse hybrid version

Have to wait a month for it
But totally worth it
500 miles a tank
Switch back and forth gas/electric
And the value won’t go down

You can get the limited hybrid with heated and cooled seats. I wonder if they added auto headlights back to the LE trim

This is the route to go if you don't want to pay $30k+ on markups for a Prime. $80K for a RAV4 prime is insane. Plus Toyota is capped at manufacturing of those because of producing in Japan only for the entire world. I think the RAV4 Hybrid is better baked than the CRV Hybrid. Very smooth!

I like the look of the XSE trim. Really wish we can get a power passenger seat and ventilated seats on this trim. Maybe offer it as a “XSE Premium” package.

Greetings from Romania Europe.Nice presentation for Rav 4, my favorite model.I love Toyota models! There are many brands, many models, but I especially appreciate the Toyota brand. And in my country, Toyota enjoys great success, especially hybrid engines. As a personal opinion, Toyota reinvents the pleasure of combined driving with very good consumption. All the best from here!

There’s nothing wrong with a simple infotainment system. All it need to do is play music and show a damn map. Reason why there’s so many accidents now in days is because people are too damn busy looking to menus etc and playing with their silly and complicated infotainment systems while driving.

Losing the fog lights for a DRL strip is a lame mistake. 🤦🏻

Can you do a end of year video saying your opinion on what car of every class is best(not price biased, just features), the runner up, and the best for your buck with trim choice?
