If I was in a church like these I'd walk right out the doors! Sheer foolishness!! I was told by a chiropractor to do yoga to help with strengthening my back and to help loosen up. However, every time I would call someone about yoga something would interfere. I decided something was wrong and didn't do it. I later learned that it was something other.
