How to always run an app as an administrator on Windows 10 and Windows 11

If you find that you use an app regularly and you need the app to run with extra privileges, you are able to change the app to always run as an administrator to make things more convenient. Running apps as an admin means that you are running the app with elevated permissions.

this does not work on windows 11. the properties window does not have all of those tabs only about 4 of them.
