You forgot to link ”Laura’s” channel and she can’t be found via search either. I really feel like claims such as 20% CTR would probbly be backed up by visible graphs if true. I’m pretty sure even mrBeast doesn’t hit 20%. I usually like these podcasts but those claims seem off-brand when you don’t give any way to verify the information.

My biggest takeaway is not being a perfectionist. Show my human side and not be afraid to share bits of my personality. Thank you for this topic. I intent to activate the community option as soon as I become eligible . I cannot wait to act on your recommendations.

Great insight, myself as a video and film educator tengo to fall on the know it all robot, give the information as fast as I can and not show any personality besides what I portray in the video.

Is the video footage we upload on Youtube Shorts copyright protected from other using it. Will the Youtube copyright tool identify when others steal our content and use it in their own videos the same as it does for long form content? Thanks!

I recently had to take the coach/expert barge off my channel name because I want to be as relatable as possible in presenting my point. At the end of the day, people still call you the teacher not because you choose the title but because they get your MESSAGE

The issues that Video Creators are talking about here are helpful to Youtubers who are not necessarily trying to grow vertically, but instead grow horizontally. In other words, a small creator who is trying to stay small. A creator who is looking for a micro niche. Forming a strong brand relationship with your audience is wise for all creators, especially those who are trying to create a micro niche.

Most people aren't popular enough to blow up on Youtube. Only a few creators will get super popular and super rich on Youtube. But the long tail of Youtube is big enough to accommodate a lot of unpopular creators who can make a little money on the side. And find a sense of purpose and fulfilment in the process. The race to the bottom of Youtube is actually more lucrative for most people, then the race to the top.

There aren't many Youtube Growth Hacking videos that teach people how to exploit the long tail of Youtube. Probably because you are being taught to settle. Settle for only making a little money on the side. Settle for making a small living on a small channel. Settle for less popularity. But settling can create more sustainability. A small channel is more manageable for a one-man-band creator. Less chance of burnout.

"let's dive in, but first..." was at 1:25 so I think it took a little too long. Thanks for all your videos.
