The thing around 7 is absolutely not a toggle state, it's a latch. A toggle state is when the state swaps back and forth from the same input.

Great video! I like the idea of the furnace array having a separate chunk loading grid, so that when it is active, not the entire storage system will be loaded. The brewer is nice, 100% dustless isn't even necessary at all times. The world will survive a few dust updates just like a few unlocked hoppers :p
