I've used a german team since the start, and I find 4-2-2-2 best, as it gives me a good blend of def/att. If you keep 3-5-2, bring in Bender or Rolfes from Leversuken for CDM. Move Gündogan to CAM if needs be. Gebhart from FC Nuremberg will add good passing and speed at RM.

You should get Holtby as your CAM or CDM. He's set as a CM on Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga. 4 star skills, decent pace, amazing long shot. Just a suggestion. Loving this series!

ive used caliguiri before man, beast of a player. try cutting inside with him and going for long post from like the edge of the area, hes got a hell of a shot

try playing on the defensive setting, you get the CDM's playing defensive but still attack at the same time, I don't know if you already play on it but if you don't, try it!
