Everyone’s talking about whether or not the cheaters deserved it but personally I just find it so vindicating that a small group of dedicated hackers were able to bring a corrupt multi-million dollar corporation to its knees. Always gives me hope saying such a small group make such a big impact against people like these who make themselves seem unstoppable, for better or for worse.

the fact that the site had no women so it was basically millions of men paying for the void or bots to try to cheat on their wives is hilarious. like they could go on a short trip, spend less and have more success.

I remember in the Marine Corps they actually gathered us down and ask us if any of us used Ashley Madison to cheat on our spouse. And if so come forward before the C0 finds out and you’ll be spared an NJP. That was a lie.
