Mysterious FLOATING City Appears AGAIN in China

A mysterious GIANT gloating city has appeared yet AGAIN in China. This strange sighting has be called a mirage and optical illusion but so far no one knows for sure what is causing this.

I had a dream once. I looked to the side of my home and beyond the thicc white clouds I saw a city! The clouds made a hole and I saw the buildings - it was a futuristic multilevel city. There were people walking around in it. But the most amazing thing is some of them noticed me back and started pointing! Others were stopping what they were doing and looking intensely in my direction as the clouds engulfed the city again. It didn't feel like I was in control of this dream. It felt like saw through a veil and the people there saw me back. It was a very interesting experience.

You threw me a big on that "floating city" deal. First of all, I've been in photography for over fifty five years. During that time I've learned a thing or two about light, refraction, reflection, inversion and a whole lot of other term most other people wouldn't recognize. I live in Phoenix, Arizona so driving over to San Diego for a nice cool down means we would be driving west with the sun at our back. Several years ago we were making that trip early in the morning. We were well west of Yuma on I-8 when I noticed something strange ahead of us. There was a mountain range floating in the air at least two times higher than the real range of mountains ahead of us. People were slowing down and looking, some even pulling over. I knew what was going on but it was still quite a sight. The weather had conspired to created the perfect mirage of the mountain range, only they appeared to be floating in the air. Until you said the city appeared over the water I would have bet anything it was the same weather condition but now, with the city being seen over what, you got me hanging? I don't even remotely know what to say.
