I thought I’d go out with a bang and kick into touch the age-old juicing myth that there isn’t enough fibre in a juice plan. Ironically, this is something most only become preoccupied with before embarking on something that’s actually good for their health and without any real knowledge of how much they should be having. I developed chrohns after years of eating large amounts of vegetables. I ended up doing a carnivore diet and resolving all of my symptoms within a couple of weeks. I literally went from bed bound after eating to feeling 100% within 10 days (this was after 3 operations in the prior 6 months).

For ages I avoided vegetables as the fibre causes me issues, but juicing has been the way for me to get them back into my diet and now I'm thriving!

My husband and I are starting the 7 day juice and soup plan on Saturday, we are both so excited!! We are headed to the grocery store tomorrow to get ingredients for the first 3 days.

I did 60 days and had absolutely no issues in regards to fibre/bathroom visits.

I tried some juice this morning... I was worried I wouldn't feel full. I separated the vegetable Fibre and pulp because I don't have a juicer (yet, it's in transit) I realised the stuff you buy at the supermarket is #1 not fresh #2 has added sugars. The juice I had this morning was refreshing and filling even without the pulp.
