Now that the rules have changed, and the 9 ball goes on the spot, could you kindly show us how that works please. How do we get that one ball centre pocket like the Pros do?

Thank you for sharing a pattern that helps running out in 9 ball. I am gonna try it out when I practice only though. I personally think that in any match, players should rack the balls randomly, without a pattern.

i like the fact that do not edit video due to not perfect position since that is often a reality at any game. thanks good video

Hey Chris,
How about the best pattern for 10 ball? I have a good 10 ball break and have a pattern I use to judge how I'm breaking and where the balls are going in relation to my particular break technique. What do you think about the optimal 10 Ball pattern for racking the balls?
Thx!
Ronnie

Could you make a video showing strategy diffrence in APA 9 ball vs professional 9 ball?
I've played my first 9 ball APA and the strategies are definitely diffrent.

Hey Chris, love your videos bro. I play at a high level but I still glean valuable info from your content. Thanks for great quality content sir! Question:
10:45 - from the 5 to the 6 did you think about using top right with a bit of a stun stroke to bring the cue ball into your intended position spot? I love that shot and I use it quite often

pretty cool. Corey Dual will be watching this saying, ,why didnt I think of that?? lol

I notice you don't use a jump cue, and don't hit too hard, but get a good break. Great video, and very helpful Chris, thanks buddy.

Love your content and I was using a different pattern rack I may start to implement this when I play tournaments that are rack your own! I do have to ask since you have switched to a carbon fiber playing cue why have you not switched to a carbon fiber break cue and jump cue?

Damn! Reminds me of the mad genius of racking, Corey Deuel.

I have an odd question. Why is your 7-ball light blue instead of classic maroon? I've been away from playing pool for quite some time, so I'm curious. Great video by the way!

Not a lot of tournaments or leagues that have rules against pattern racking bother to enforce the rule against it.

Is it legal to set up the rack as you have described during tournament play? Do the pros actually do this?

cool video. Can you show us the hardest rack pattern next?

At 10:47 : I was thinking that you could actually add slight bottom (which would die/lag and become slight top left by the time it reached the 5) with approximately 2 tips of inside (left) to hit 3 rails (weaving through the 7, 8, 9 and 6 gap) and and end up running the line of the 6 (allowing more room for error on cue ball weight*)to the bottom right (on screen) pocket.

At 10:47, wouldn't Top-Right spin have caused the cue ball to go into the short rail and then kill the angle, giving the position you wanted?

I forget where but I saw a tournament where the rules had a few balls that were racked the same every time. To create a harder rack to run. I forget how it was set up though.
