Watching some old content, and wow, just amazed by how much you have accomplished, happened to notice ItsAlyssa in there, and couldn't help but smile. Such an amazing community of Minecraft youtubers, and although I don't share the same memories of mcpvp I do remember watching others play on the server and having a great time. Who remembers when everyone in the server rushed to the same temple/village?

A couple reasons why I and a lot of other people left:

The Kit changes. You would join after a week and your kit would be different.

No more traps. Traps were so much fun and then when you couldn't trap anymore I left because I wasn't amazing at souping.

Servers with only like, 30 people. I liked it when HG servers had the max amount of players. Then MCPVP got so many servers that each server only had 30 and I think that was actually one of the biggest reasons I left.

It's honestly a damn shame to see this server go and it brings a tear to my eye. Mainly because this is the server that started it all. We've had so many great memories on here and it's hard to believe that it's over.

The first game of HG I joined I asked "Is this the hunger games?" And a guy responded "No this is the milk factory" (He's one of my best friends now. XD)

It's saddening to hear that those were the reasons Mcpvp died. I remember playing with all of my friends for hours and having a blast and now we can't enjoy playing Mcpvp anymore. Hope somebody creates an exact copy of the server like the one from the good 'ol days.

Why don't you bring Mcpvp back on a smaller scale, now that you actually know what you did wrong, start out small, you dont realize how many people will go back instantly as soon as they hear its back. I for one, took mcpvp for granted, thinking it would always be there.

I had soo much fun playing HG back then, too bad its not around anymore :((

MCPVP went down hill as soon as they screwed over AMP1520 and Tac. They demodded them for 0 reason at all and then they started changing kits. I remember the good old days with assassin and cookiemonster being op, or when u could go in a boat to avoid being endermaged, or even just towering and traps. They nerfed and ruined the hg by adding and nerfing all the fun kits. I remember quitting because of the amount of hackers as well as the amount of power dedicated soup pvpers had. The invention of no soup hg was a great idea but it made certain kits shine more than others as well as split the playerbase.
