The price is way better then other underwater drones

I bought a new one in sealed factory packaging. It never worked properly and discovered it was badly refurbished with used motors and water in the sealed computer compartment and a defective tether cable. The motors are not sealed and no way to clean and dry. A security torx screw block the user to do the necessary need maintenances after used. This should in no case happen to have a refurbished defective entire drone sold as new. The company put the fault on me. No responsibility taken from the factory 😩

May I ask you a question? Do you think this would be acceptable for a reservoir that's quite murky to try and locate a drowning victim? Law enforcement has given up on the search until spring but some of us are still trying to find him. It's a 16 year old boy
