Chaos Impact Aromages Summarized In 22 Minutes

Alternate Title: How Did This End Up Being 20+ Minutes? Like, That's A Pretty Long Time For An Archetype Overview. I Need To Lay Down.

Yes, a mere month after their release, I've finally put out a video discussing the new additions to the botanical beauties known as Aromages! Don't get me wrong, there are a LOT of themes to get excited over in Chaos Impact. As a storied Gladiator Beast player, I can't wait to build my own list, but there is a lot of unexplored design space when it comes to LP gaining mechanics. I'm hoping that we can get something that's a bit more innovative than 'Effects other cards are doing, but the cost to use THESE is running LP gain effects' in the future, but I'm more than happy to experiment with what we have on hand. Let me know if you all have any ideas/have any success stories with the deck! I'm really interested to see what avenues the deck can take!

I hope that Aromas get even more support sometime. Oooh, how about an Aromage based on the lavender flower that can fuse specifically with Aromage Jasmine, since lavender and jasmine are often used together in certain products? And then a fusion monster to go with it?

And then an upgraded Aroma Jar that, along with the original 4 candles in the artowkr representing the original four Aromages, now includes two more candles to represent Marjoram and Laurel?

Aroma Jar helped me win a duel for my aroma/rikka deck. It stalled for long enough for me to draw what I needed and get rid of their 10k cyber end dragon of some sort. Then they surrendered when I tributed their beatstick away.

I hate how they didn’t decide to future proof Marjaram. “Aroma Trap card” it specifically says each traps wing names.

Aromas are one of my favorite archetypes, and love them to death, but getting Ashed or Veilered can just screw the deck over.
