Following the release on 3 May 2023 of UNICEF’s data publication Is an End to Child Marriage within Reach? Latest trends and future prospects, a webinar was held to present key findings. At the event, new estimates on child marriage were presented including how many girls and women are affected by the practice, which parts of the world have made progress, and how gains could be offset by the polycrisis.
