GREAT Comparison! I did see a slightly noticeable softness with the 5MB, BUT, for the system I am looking at, with 8 camera ports, it gets really wonky trying to run all 8 4k streams, and some don't load. IE having 8 streams at 4k can overload many NVRs... for that reason, I may have mostly 5 MB and maybe 1 8MB at the front of the house...

That's bullshit, show me a video and car reg when the car is going 60 miles an hour. Let's see how the reg pict looks like then, probably not visible at all with 15FPS camera even if it's 8MP camera

my Chinese unbranded 4mp dome CCTV camera looks the same as the 5mp camera in the video. 8mp camera should show more clear and sharp image.

this is incorrect video, 0% nothing to compare. scam video, 8mp 8k mean resolution much wider should see much wider view, 5mp must be narrow view.
