Adeptus Astartes is just the proper name for all the Space Marines. It isn't a specific regiment.

Have you seen helsreach and the death of hope trailer's you can find them in the YouTube search. Also I think the ships navigator is inside that vault. They'll probably kill him so the ship can't go and escape into the warp.

Fun fact: Space marines are very tanky and durable. Not a single marine was killed in this battle. All of their limbs could be severed off in a brutal fashion and they would still continue fighting. Not that they could do much without limbs, but nonetheless they'd be alive and very pissed at you.
