SCOTUS doesn't need to win over the public. They have to rule on the law as it relates to the Constitution. It's not about someone's feelings.

Doctors practice medicine and lawyers practice law and judges practice law.
There are different ways to review decisional law from lower courts.
I personally think the United States Supreme Court should always use strict scrutiny as a process of review and apply equitable interpretations to the determinative set of facts that are being argued in law.

Judge Gorsuch, please discuss the idea of being independent in decision making with your colleagues on the bench, maybe it'll turn into fruition. Thanking you in advance.

The Supreme Court did not do a job for the citizens of Arizona. We deserve the right to register to vote just like you did Gorsuch we should not have to bring birth certificates and passports just to register to vote, and you certainly didn’t stand by any citizen in the United States. That happens to be a woman no respect for you Alito, Thomas Kavanaugh. Robert, the supreme court is helping a maniac be president.

Do that job? I'm fine w/ that... until you start doing the bidding of a political party. Or a rich individual giving a supreme court justice "bribes" to rule in their favor. That's not what I call independent.

As she appears entirely ignorant of the philosophical and Constitutional framework of the origins of the Supreme Court, she us not qualified to ask that question. She's like a duck hearing how an automobile works.

So what is the answer? He's not answering the question, he has learned to use filabustering tactics for so long until he literally thinks it's the only way to speak on being questioning. He never answered the question!

He’s telling you that SCROTUS has no responsibility or accountability.
But we already know that, don’t we?

The court isn't concerned about popularity. They aren't there to make you "feel good", they are there to call balls and strikes. Something is either constitutional or it's not. Don't get pissed when they rule against your view.
