We definitely have too much law, except when prosecuting law breakers.

This is a great interview. It's cool to hear a justice just speak without constant interruption. Thanks Major Garrett.

What is happening? A SCOTUS conservative justice is on a press tour to validate their actions?

He should never have been elevated to the Supreme Court aside from the fact that he lied about not changing 'settled law' at his nomination, he is unworthy of the position.

Suggestions for the illustrious speaker and his colleagues: no politics, term limits, ethics enforcement, age limits and honesty at the confirmations. How difficult can that be?

If there is too little law, you create your own law!!! Corrupt Justice is talking about justice. What a joke.

All that as long as it does not impact him. I wish it was further asked about their “unanimous” ethics code, why it’s virtually unenforceable. He may as well have said “trust us” to do the right thing. While we watch all kinds unethical practices surface week after week. Corruption can only be seen from the outside looking in, apparently. 👎🏻

There is a lot of double talk dancing around issues in this interview by Gorsuch. The fact is 12-year-olds once had the right nationally to have an abortion if molested or raped, now they do not. The Rapist and Molester was given more legal rights to impregnate and have his baby be born, than the 12-year-old's rights and whose whole life, health, and sanity may be in the balance. Republican State Legislatures have gone apeshit in outlawing abortion it almost all RED States. Also, adult women in those states have to be near death to get any medical care for an emergency pregnancy. Sorry Gorsuch, ... You and your 5 other (R) Justices ruled based on your own religious beliefs, that is WRONG and will always be wrong.

What’s up with asking serious questions then allowing him to ramble on like a PR stunt? Sad this is what the Supreme Court has turned into.

It troubles me that a man whose thinking and conflating, not to mention empty courtesies, are so sloppy that he plays any role at all in American jurisprudence.

Zero credibility due to his crappy ethics.

Evasive and dissembling, taking last refuge in "I'm a judge, I stay out of politics".
Just like a frat boy caught opening a beer and handing it to a high school cheerleader.
