No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake is one of the richest desserts I’ve ever made! Cream cheese is combined with dark chocolate and condensed milk, then spread over a chocolate cookie base. Chilled until set, this glorious dessert is perfect for parties, special occasions or just when you need a bit of naughty chocolate indulgence - give this one a try today!

Ingredients:

500g of Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese (2 Blocks)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
300g of Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate
250g Packet of Plain Chocolate Cookies (I used Arnott’s Choc Ripple)
100g of Unsalted Butter (melted)
