I'm not a manager but just got promoted to supervisor and I am shitting myself. A lot of the people I now supervise are co workers that I was in the trenches with. I haven't officially started yet but I was always of the mind set of if something isn't getting done I'll do it myself. My manager has already told me that I need to delegate tasks out. That might be my biggest hurdle because I'm so used to seeing if something needs done then I just do it myself.
