Have you tried to get back into the BIOS via Windows where you hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard and then click the 'Restart' computer button? Keep holding the shift key until a blue screen shows up. Then you navigate through: Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings
