Saudi Arabia announced that the kingdom wants to build an octagonal city called Oxagon which, amongst the Line and Trojena, will be part of the NEOM project spearheaded by crown prince Mohammed bin Salman. But how good of an idea is it in terms of city planning to build in the ocean? #shorts
