The American Heart Association is to blame for the fear-mongering against cholesterol and the lie that high levels lead to heart disease. Back in the 1950s, the "deliberately" misinterpreted research in order to go along with their main funders at the time, the seed-oil industry.

Doctors need to stop telling patients that cholesterol is the culprit and stop prescribing statins that are causing Alzheimer's

Always knew about this thing long ago, over 20 years, I ate fatty roasted duck, fatty part of steak, never throw a piece away. These things gave me a good mode right away, as long as I keep moving and extra fruits and vegetables, a few times month of this heavy fatty treats made life much more enormously joyous. Our Bodies need good dose cholesterol and so do our brains
