The diareah on 10gms a day after feeling GREAT for 3 months, tends to suggest that initial load dosing is favorable, but load dose needs to backed off after 10 weeks or so. Maintenance doses afer 6-10 weeks is my guess and occasionally go right off the suppements for a week or 2 is often a god idea with supplements

We need crowdmanaged double blind tests. Participants volunteer, they get sent experimental or placebo pills. They get their own tests done at lab testing companies and send in the results. Someone volunteers to send out the capsules, enter the participants into a spreadsheet. Someone else volunteers to receive test results, enter into spreadsheet, do stats. Someone else writes it up.

I'm 56 and have been taking 9 grams/day for about 8 months. My impression is that it's been helpful especially with joint health. My shoulder and hip pain are gone now and I've recovered some mobility and range of motion. I've not experienced any diarrhea so far.

I am on 3 grams a day being 75 years old, have been for months, I take it first thing on an empty stomach in my coffee. Seems to be good for weight training in general, I also take Leucine 3 grams with food.

Could the diarrhea after 3 months indicate a loading effect? What if your body only needed the 10g a day long enough to bring yourself up to cruising altitude?
