Excellent video. Rearing or Brooding is the key; we can confirm because of our own experience in purchasing Point of Layers from other farms. We currently do not do our own rearing. Now, despite the deficiencies in the POLs we purchased, our management style has allowed us to record 93% production, as shown in the previous video I uploaded. Thanks again for sharing
