I loved hearing about your different work situations. We have to pay U.S.A. taxes and it is tough to secure $2000/month working in Cambodia. Now I'm leaning towards working at home during the summers and saving and then living on $1000/month budget in Asia during the winters instead. People are saying 1 year leases are the key and cooking at home. Less stress too. Work mega O.T. at home and then just relax all winter!

I would just use instant coffee and use a microwave or pot on the stove to heat the water.

Those tacos look soooo good. And your cooking as usual! That was cool to hear about their full-time work situations, as someone that's been wfh the last few years full-time. I've always wondered how good Starlink is, if it's ever spotty. It would be hard to work 7-8 hours a day while my friends are on the beach 😜 I would have to step outside for breaks every now and then to take in the day and the setting. Maybe they're able to sit outside and use their laptop?
