TOP 10 AVIATION MOMENTS of YEAR 2022 - Boeing 747, An12, IL76, A380 ... (4K)

The Top 10 aviation moments of year 2022. In this video I will focus on special aviation moments this year like an airport which is half covered in fog or some cyclists which cross the approach path of a Boeing 747-8. Unusual situations you don` t see that often and here are my Top 10 clips of 2022. I filmed most of these videos in Germany and the Netherlands.

10.) Boeing 747-8F of UPS arriving on runway 24 at Cologne on a nice summer day while some cyclists were enjoying their evening tour throught the Wahner Heide. I guess they were quite surprised when a B747 suddenly flew quite low above their heads.

9.) This Airbus A380 had to deal with intense crosswinds last february at Düsseldorf. The pilots managed to bring the airplane on the ground during their first attempt. At first I thought they have to go around and try it again but they were skilled enaugh to land it immediatly.

8.) Probably my favorite situation this year. A Boeing 747 of Challenge Cargo disappears in the fog during departure and shows up again right above the fog. Amazing!

7.) The Ilyushin IL76TD is one of my favorite planes and I was quite happy to see two of them with classic engines this year. Zetavia and Silk Way visited Eindhoven Airport to operate a cargo charter flight and I was there to film it.

6.) The rare Maximus Antonov An124 with its impressive sound visited Liege twice this year. The first time it arrived during dense fog and I wasn` t even able to see it but when it visited Liege for the second time the weather was okay.

5.) JetOneX used a former KLM Boeing 747 and I think the livery of the "hybrid" is quite impressive.

4.) The biggest regular highlight at Düsseldorf is the Airbus A380 in the special colourful livery. I spent quite some time time filming it multiple times until I finally managed to film it perfeclty in the evening sun.

3.) Boeing 727` s are rare nowadays. I was impressed that one of them visited Cologne this year and for sure it was one of the most amazing aviation moments of 2022.

2.) Antonov An12 and Antonov An26 are quite rare propeller planes nowadays and I was able to film an Antonov 12 of Meridian and two AN26 of Vulcan Air this year.

1.) A Boeing 747 of Magma Aviation performed a rejected Takeoff at Liege and five minutes later it departed to Frankfurt during its second attempt.
