For people that don't know the dc-10 landed on the wrong runway and a debris came off and when the Concorde wheels ran over it it spark and hit oil tank and it caused a fire and when the plane try to return to the airport it was to late and the plane impact in a airport hotel leaving no survivors

For people who don’t know: the DC-10 left a piece of metal on the runway and soon after a Concorde was following it and it hit the piece of metal
