I guess this makes me a bright winter with a warm overtone because of my natural tan (no warm tones in clothes look good on me), and I have:
High contrast, dark hair and eyes, my skin with no tan is really pale, my face has no color at all (looks kinda sick if you ask me), the brightness in my features is really noticeable.

Yes, my sister says I'm bright winter and I have real pale skin and very dark hair and eye brows but have little eyes (hazel light brown eyes with a bit of dark green and grey - which sometimes make it look muddy and people don't know what color are my eyes)

What about dark brown hair with natural red highlights? It grows out dark reddish brown at the edges too.. in summer it becomes medium brown.. thats my hair and I blush too.
I am very sure I am a Bright Winter. I can even wear bright orange and few Bright Spring colours but my undertone is definitely too cool for them. My wardrobe has a lot of Summer colors and they were always ok but nothing special. Bright Winter colors are just wow on me although my hair is dark reddish brown- black.

I'm a Bight winter, my hair is naturally medium brown, I have neutral cool skin tone and smokey brown eyes. However, I've had my hair blonde for a while now and a lot of people think this is my natural hair colour, or they say it suits me better than brown. How is that possible?

As far as hair color, is it best to reference photos of when we were young? My hair is dark brown now in my 30s, but was a light brown when I was little.

I am thinking I am a bright winter more than dark winter as I look good in bright colors and I have high contrast between hair and skin. Although I am confused cause my eyes are light brown with dark limbal ring. I mean typically brown gets warmer as it gets lighter No ??

Why does everyone say that you cant have lighter hair as a bright winter? My dominant trait is bright and Im cool. But, I have light strawberry blonde hair.

Guess what? Katy Perry is a natural blond.
So there goes your stereotypes and misconceptions, that a lot of people spread.
The system of color analysis needs to be applied by testing with the drapes (or you can start ti do this at home by comparing different colored clothes directly) NOT by classifying people based on primary markers, it simply doesn't work like that.
It's rules of thumb at best, ultimately hair color can be neglected.

There is a lot of misunderstanding about what chroma really means, it's really about a lack of grey hue in the skin and eyes which the majority of people have some amount of.
When you lack grey hues clear saturated colors (aka bright colors) will suit you best, soft colors will wash you out, make you look sallow.

So it's not just about contrast, but contrast can also be if you have a darker ring around your iris against the whites of your eyes. Or white of the teeth against the skin, that's why black people with dark hair can be bright winters.
