Drinking Raki

The Biking the Balkans team takes time out to drink Turkey's national liquor "Raki."

I love raki and I'm enjoying one now that I brought from the UK. Efes and raki mixed is an Turkish delight try it out one day

Some advise, you should drink it with long and fine glass and also some white cheese and maybe some muskmelon to make its drinking smoother.

it's a strong liquor 45%+ Alcohol (for example; bacardi 40%, jack daniels 42%, jaggermeister 35%wine 8 to 14%beer 3-4% etc) for example if you gonna drink it raw without adding water it'd be strong might even overwhelming for light drinkers you need to take small sips or eat melon/cheese etc with it.

Try it with turnip juice, it is a awesome combination.But not mix them.1 glass of raki and 1 glass of turnip juice.Drink them consecutively.And as a meal raki suits best with the fish with some salads like you have this on this video.

should reverse the procedure... raki first, then water, the ratio seems OK tho :)

its not like thist first  pour turkish raki in to the cup 1/3 second pour the water 3/3 but you need some ice cubes   :)
