I drank Turkish raki in Greece. I know that raki belongs to Turks. It was served with fish. It was quite tasty and tough. Turkish food is very tasty and beautiful. Prost!

Baran's is a great restaurant and authentically Turkish (speaking as Turkish Canadian). They're in Scarborough and have excellent service and cook in an open kitchen. Overall very impressed.

I first tasted raki In Istanbul about 10 years ago, me and a friend I was touring in a band with (Chicha Libre — we were performing in Istanbul) had a great night out in a restaurant/bar that had live Turkish band, people dancing to traditional music, and getting a really nice feeling from the drink. Every time I drink raki, I go back to that fantastic night in one of the most fascinating, exciting cities on planet earth: Istanbul, Turkey.
Where is the restaurant featured in this video? There is absolutely no information about it in the video description. Are all the ladies there so beautiful ???? 😁

I was in Istanbul 2016 and I was there alone then I went for walk in istiklal street and I found an open restaurant in the middle of the street I asked for Efe draft beer o heared turkish having a delicious Raki....🙄
I use to drink lebanese arak massaya and kasara but i decided to try thier Raki was sitting in the table alone and I order a bottle and all i remembered that someone from next table asked me where r u from I replied Egyptian and I'm living in Toronto Canada
She said wow by then the light turned off and I wokeup with freaking headache and the one asked me where m I from she is next to me in bed at my hotel's room😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
And she told me that we drunk 3 bottle hahahahahahhaahahah🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
