I beat Terraria Master Mode without using weapons. Or more specifically with only tools.

I was actually surprised seeing the hammush dealing 500+ damage per second while true melee-ing with the titanium armor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that DPS is higher than most actual weapons. It's situational, sure, but it's not the dumpster fire I thought it would be.

That mid-empress wyvern spawn is precisely why I think enemy repellents should be implemented into the game, especially wyvern repellents in particular.

I feel like switching off of ichor flasks and using flasks of cursed flame during queen slime's second phase would have been the optimal choice. Ichor only really matters when you're actually able to hit things while it's active. Meanwhile, the damage over time from cursed flame would have been useful in getting a little bit of chip in between actual hits.

That was one of the most interesting and intense challenges I've watched for this game.
Prime, EoL and Moon Lord were really interesting here.
I also liked the phrase "Go go Gung!" sounds like a budget power ranger.

I don't mean to throw shade at some of the other Terraria Tubers who do challenge videos too, but you are one of the few that go through all of the effort each and every time you start a new series which I appreciate and find enjoyable. The paladin counter really made me realize this as it is something that anyone who plays this game regularly can relate and feel the weight of, especially with your commentary.

I managed to beat Expert mode with all those OP items like Night's Edge, Drippler Crippler and Discord Rod, and it still was a nightmare. I really don't understand how the hell Master Mode is supposed to be passable.
And this guy beats Master Mode with freakin TOOLS.

i did this challenge some time ago before 1.4.3 and it has actually been my favorite challenge run ive done. nowadays we have Lucy, but a bit of a Titanium Armor nerf where it used to be absolutely bonkers with Hammush. Butcher's Chainsaw is some good stuff though, and got buffed in i-frames. welcome to the club of people who can say they've beaten Moon Lord with a chainsaw

I think the hardest part about this was balancing range, damage, and health/defense. You need to be able to hit the boss, while doing enough damage to not run out of time, and be able to survive the inevitable contact damage of being a true melee build

I was so stressed about the Empress of Light through my whole first playthrough that I didn't fight her until I already had a Zenith, now I think back on that and laugh at my caution for a fun fight.

It’s great to see the Hammush getting some use, everyone was so excited about it back in 1.2 but nowadays it’s just as forgotten as the webcomic it came from.

I will always remember these streams fondly because it was the first time I watched the streams live. I remember a lot of chat and Gung theorizing that the drills would be better for destroyer, and I went and tested it and found out that it only does 1 damage to destroyer so after telling Gung this he pivoted to using the war axe.
