So what was the shocking part? I bought this phone several months ago, got a great deal, and I absolutely love it, would highly recommend.

I am not a photographer, i only take photos occasionally. The display is very good for an lcd and I am using this device for my online taxi service so i need an lcd for long time on screen time. (No fear of amoled burn in or greenlines😅) the chip is also adequate for daily basic use and the ram/rom is good for its price. (i dont play games)
For an average user, this device is more than enough.
Just don't look for the top grade smartphones features for this price point. Look for the phone for your needs and you will be surprised that most smartphones for this price are more than enough for you😊

AI summary of the review based on the transcript:
Here's a summary of the key points from the video review of the OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite:

1. The phone offers decent features for its price but faces challenges in a competitive market.

2. It uses the Snapdragon 695 CPU, which is reliable but outdated (announced in October 2021).

3. Performance is adequate for daily tasks without noticeable lag or overheating.

4. OnePlus promises two major Android updates and three years of security updates.

5. The phone includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, which the reviewer appreciates.

6. Audio quality from speakers is average, as expected for a budget phone.

7. The main camera is 108MP with a wide aperture, but video recording is limited to 1080p at 30fps.

8. Camera performance:
- Tends to produce overly bright images
- Captures decent detail
- Fast and reliable in most situations
- Needs improvement in contrast and processing

9. The reviewer suggests adjusting brightness when taking photos for better results.

10. Battery life is described as "quite good."

11. The display quality is not the best in its price range.

12. Recommendation depends on individual needs and budget:
- Good for basic features, fast charging, and software experience
- May not be the best choice for those prioritizing display or camera quality
- Consider older flagship phones as alternatives, but factor in software update support

Overall, the OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite is described as a "fine device, " but the reviewer suggests there might be better options available depending on specific user needs and preferences.

Yep, its a fine device but caution should be taken. This is an allrounder approach. Last years flaghships would still shine in cameras or performance. Defintely something to think about. Awesome job as always.

What i need from a smartphone is to last at least 4 years. Im still using pocophone f1. What i miss is NFC. I need very good performance (not really into mobile gaming) but i browse a lot using maps and use it for work. It shoud be pretty durable couse i drop it often and toss it around. A headphone jack is a plus and for sure 2 sim cards. No need for super camera. Amoled is ok but not mandatory. Budget is around 300$.

I could look at older phones but they usually will run out of security updates in a year.

Well that’s a very Limey Green phone! Seems like an ok budget phone to me. There are so many of them now. 3.5mm though…that’s a plus point 😄

I'm choosing between this one and Xperia 10 V and see that there's samish specs and OnePlus is cheaper. I mean I need more or less basic mid range or budget phone for daily use like listening to music messages/social apps and banking that's all. One thing I like about Xperia it's smaller (I hate big phones) but again difference in prices in my country is around 100 bucks and I can probably live with that my phone will be bigger,

I only go for Snapdragon powered phones. Really considering getting me one of these to replace my aging Sony XA2 (which I've dropped multiple times, the screen is all kinds of messed up).

So for me, I really just wanted to use it for basic internet browsing like youtube, reddit and stuff.

But my most important thing for me is the ui. After using mainly xiaomi phones for the past 5 years I think I had enough with the UI. It just so unintuitive and I hate the design. But for people that want the best price to performance ratio I confidently say xiaomi is the best at it (in Malaysia at least). I've play mobile game in the past but now I never played any mobile game after having a pc. So that's why I'm interested in oneplus nord 3 ce, my friend said the ui is nice and the continuous major software updates for a year is good to hear. So is it worth it for the ui cause it is $30 more than say poco x5 in my country (poco x5 have better screen but the ui, man I hate miui and I still using it rn)

Battery is essential cause I prefer to use it all day without charging.

A good camera would be nice but it is not my priority.

I would like to hear your opinion
