You're forgetting the customers who believed in you, that's not how a brand operates. Thousands of one Plus phones in Bangladesh are facing green line issues, who had their faith in you guys and spent hard-earned money for a high budget phone, including me!

You didn’t take any actions in favour of the customers after this drastic incident happened. This is more like crime to me. I regret buying One Plus. Period.

Am using this device, i didn't excepted a worst battery and camera performance from OnePlus side. Even they didn't gave amoled display. Kindly go for Nord 2. Thats right for you if you read my comment.
